Soulhubber's Podcast Episode 5: Who is Lynn Rae?

We love that our host Carey Davis-Munro starts this conversation with Lynn Rae, with a set up that will leave you wanting to stop doing whatever you’re doing, and listen. It is an astounding conversation, and one that warrants the gift of attention.

They start from the place of how Lynn first came to Soulhub and how she became part of this community.

“It is the most wonderful caring, wise and healing community. It makes me feel proud to be part of this community.”

Together they talk about Lynn’s career choices from beauty therapy at school, to a make-up artist and sports masseur before a break-up with her husband, losing her mother to cancer, and then thyroid cancer showing up.

“I was a doormat, and it’s taken me years to grow in to me”

That wasn’t Lynn’s last brush with cancer. Following the thyroid, was breast cancer, and then tumours on her lungs which have meant a life of listening to her body and finding ways to manage her mind. From visualisations, guidance from a holistic therapists, listening to Dr Joe Dispenza, a strict nutritional diet have all contributed to how Lynn has found her balance, determination and answers to her bodies healing needs.

‘This is my life. My focus from now on, is to embrace life’

If you’d like to find out more about Lynn, and how she works with people through her Jaw Therapy and Facial Yoga you can find her here.
